The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Customer Solutions Developer who’s excited to work at the intersection of technology and people. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with clients to understand their challenges, then customize and extend our AI-powered platform to deliver solutions that make a difference.
Some days you’ll be building integrations or APIs, other days you’ll be prototyping new features with the team. If you’re curious, adaptable, and motivated by seeing your work come to life, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and customize our AI-driven software for client use cases.
- Build APIs, integrations, and product extensions using Python.
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot projects with hands-on development.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, customer-ready solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure customer success.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid foundation in Python programming.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and solving real-world challenges.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for building things that matter.
Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs, data integration, or cloud environments.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
- Previous exposure to customer-facing technical roles.
- Knowledge of AI or machine learning concepts.
